Why We Have These Guidelines

Rebirthealth brings together people seeking health perspectives and people offering them, across very different traditions. For this to work, everyone needs to feel safe, respected, and treated honestly.

These Community Guidelines describe the spirit we expect from everyone here. They work alongside the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy — where the Acceptable Use Policy is the detailed rulebook, these Guidelines are the plain-language summary of how we treat each other. If something here conflicts with the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, those documents control.

A Note on Health

Rebirthealth is an information platform, not a medical service. Nothing shared here is medical advice, and using the platform never replaces seeing a licensed healthcare provider. Please read the Medical Disclaimer. If you have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Our Shared Expectations

1. Be honest

  • Describe your health situation truthfully if you are a Publisher.
  • Describe your background truthfully if you are an Advisor — never imply a credential you do not hold.
  • Never impersonate anyone.

2. Be respectful

  • Treat other people with courtesy, even when you disagree.
  • Different traditions sit side by side on Rebirthealth. You do not have to agree with another tradition, but you may not demean, harass, or attack the people who practise it.
  • No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or personal attacks.

3. Be careful with health claims

  • No one may promise a cure, guaranteed results, or specific success rates.
  • No one may tell another person to stop seeing their doctor or to stop their medication.
  • When discussing any approach, encourage the person to also consult a licensed healthcare provider.

4. Protect each other's privacy

  • Health information shared on Rebirthealth is private. Do not screenshot it, repost it, or share it outside the platform.
  • Do not share another person's information without their permission.

5. Keep it on the platform and above board

  • Do not move conversations off-platform to avoid fees where your role agreement prohibits it.
  • Do not use Rebirthealth to advertise unrelated products or to spam.
  • If you promote Rebirthealth and earn a commission, say so clearly and honestly.

6. Keep each other safe

  • Never use Rebirthealth to seek or share ways to harm yourself or anyone else.
  • Never use it to obtain illegal substances or unlawful procedures.
  • If you are struggling, please reach out to a licensed professional or a local crisis line. Rebirthealth is not a crisis service, and we want you to get real help.

7. Respect ownership

  • Share only content you have the right to share.
  • Do not copy others' work. See the DMCA Policy for copyright concerns.

If Someone Breaks the Guidelines

Reporting

If you see content or behavior that breaks these Guidelines, tell us at support@rebirthealth.com. Reports are reviewed and treated confidentially as far as reasonably possible.

What We May Do

Depending on what happened and what the law requires, we may:

  • Give a warning;
  • Remove or hide content;
  • Limit certain features;
  • Suspend or close an account;
  • Report unlawful activity to the authorities.

We try to be fair and proportionate, and to consider context. Serious issues — especially anything that endangers a person — may lead to immediate action.

If you believe we made a mistake, you may contact support@rebirthealth.com to ask us to take another look.

These Guidelines Will Evolve

As our community grows, we may update these Guidelines. We will revise the Effective Date when we do. Continuing to use Rebirthealth means you accept the current version.
