1. Our Respect for Intellectual Property
Rebirthealth respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with applicable law, including, where relevant, the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
This Policy is part of the Terms of Service.
2. Designated Agent for Copyright Notices
Notices of alleged copyright infringement should be sent to our designated contact:

3. How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe content on Rebirthealth infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@rebirthealth.com that includes all of the following:
1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, a URL);
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email);
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may not be actionable.
4. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may, consistent with applicable law:
- Remove or disable access to the material;
- Notify the user who posted the material;
- Provide that user with a copy of the notice.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@rebirthealth.com that includes:
1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material removed and its prior location;
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice (or, if outside the US, an equivalent statement appropriate to the jurisdiction).
Upon a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material consistent with applicable law unless the original complainant initiates legal action.
6. Repeat Infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
7. Misrepresentation
Under the DMCA, a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Do not make false claims.
8. Non-US Copyright Complaints
If you are outside the United States, you may still send a copyright complaint to dmca@rebirthealth.com containing equivalent information. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will revise the Effective Date.
