1. What Rebirthealth Is

Rebirthealth is an online information platform that allows individuals ("Publishers") to describe a health situation and receive informational perspectives from independent third parties ("Advisors").

The platform's role is strictly limited to:

  • Allowing independent Advisors to submit written informational perspectives

  • Facilitating optional communication between Publishers and participating Advisors

Rebirthealth is an intermediary that connects people. It is comparable to a forum or a marketplace for information — not a clinic, hospital, or healthcare practice.

2. What Rebirthealth Is NOT

Rebirthealth does not, and does not claim to:

  • Provide medical diagnosis
  • Provide medical treatment
  • Provide prescriptions or recommend specific medications or dosages
  • Provide emergency, urgent, or crisis care
  • Practice medicine, nursing, psychology, or any licensed healthcare profession
  • Operate as a healthcare institution or telemedicine service
  • Employ the Advisors or direct the content of their perspectives
  • Verify, endorse, certify, or guarantee the qualifications of any Advisor
  • Verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or effectiveness of any perspective shared on the platform

No doctor-patient relationship, therapist-client relationship, or any other licensed professional healthcare relationship is created between you and Rebirthealth, or between you and any Advisor, through use of this platform.

3. About the Advisors

Advisors on Rebirthealth are independent third parties. They may come from a range of backgrounds and traditions, including conventional medicine, traditional medicine, folk practice, and wellness or energy-based practices.

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Rebirthealth does not employ Advisors and does not control what they write.
  • Rebirthealth does not independently verify any Advisor's credentials, licenses, training, or claims of expertise. Any credentials displayed are self-reported by the Advisor.
  • The presence of an Advisor on the platform is not an endorsement, certification, or recommendation by Rebirthealth.
  • Perspectives from different Advisors may conflict with one another and may conflict with mainstream medical guidance.
  • Some perspectives offered on the platform may reflect practices that are not supported by scientific or clinical evidence and that are not recognized forms of medical treatment in your jurisdiction.
  • It is your sole responsibility to evaluate any perspective before acting on it, and to discuss it with a licensed healthcare provider.

1. You have read and understood this Medical Disclaimer in full.

2. You understand Rebirthealth is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

3. You understand no doctor-patient relationship is created.

4. You understand you must consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions.

5. You accept sole responsibility and assume all risk for any action you take based on information from the platform.

6. You are at least 18 years old.

⚙️ IMPLEMENTATION NOTES (not part of the published document — for the platform/dev team)

These notes tell the development team how this Disclaimer must be surfaced in the product. They should be removed before the document is published.

Mandatory display points — the Disclaimer (or a clear summary linking to it) must be shown, with an affirmative checkbox the user must tick, at each of these points:
