Can fibromyalgia actually get better, or am I stuck with this forever?

But here's what we can tell you: some people who were told their fibromyalgia was permanent have genuinely reduced their symptoms to the point where daily life is no longer dominated by pain. Why are all my tests normal when I feel this terrible?
