1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct that is not allowed on Rebirthealth. It is part of the Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account, and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities.
This AUP applies to all users — Publishers, Advisors, Promoters, KOLs, and visitors.
2. General Rule
You must use Rebirthealth lawfully, honestly, and with respect for others. You must not use the Platform in any way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that endangers any person.
3. Prohibited for All Users
You must not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, role, affiliation, or qualifications;
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory;
- Post content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or collect data from the Platform by automated means without our written permission;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security;
- Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications;
- Collect or compile personal information about other users for any purpose not permitted by these Terms.
4. Health-Safety Rules (All Users)
Because Rebirthealth involves health information, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the Platform to obtain information intended to harm yourself or any other person;
- Using the Platform to seek or provide means or methods of self-harm or suicide;
- Using the Platform to obtain or facilitate access to illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unlawful procedures;
- Posting content that encourages dangerous, harmful, or illegal health practices;
- Presenting the Platform, or any content on it, as emergency medical care.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or crisis, contact local emergency services immediately. The Platform is not for emergencies — see the Medical Disclaimer.
5. Rules for Publishers
As a Publisher, you must not:
- Submit a false or fabricated health situation;
- Submit another person's health information without that person's authorization;
- Harass, abuse, or threaten Advisors or other users;
- Misuse perspectives you receive (for example, by publishing an Advisor's perspective publicly in a way not permitted by the Terms of Service).
6. Rules for Advisors
As an Advisor, you must not:
- Misrepresent your credentials, training, licensure, or experience;
- Provide content that constitutes the unlicensed practice of medicine or any other regulated profession where you or the recipient are located;
- Issue prescriptions, or direct any person to start, stop, or change a specific medication or dosage in a manner that is unlawful or unsafe;
- Claim to "cure" any condition, or claim guaranteed or specific effectiveness, success rates, or results;
- Use language asserting a diagnosis presented as definitive medical fact;
- Tell a user to stop or avoid care from a licensed healthcare provider;
- Promote or sell your own products or external services outside the Platform's permitted channels;
- Include personal contact information or attempt to move the interaction off-Platform to avoid fees, where prohibited by the Advisor Agreement;
- Submit content copied from others in violation of intellectual property rights;
- Manipulate the peer review or scoring system.
6.1 Prohibited Phrasing
Advisor submissions are screened. The following types of phrasing are not permitted and may be rejected automatically or on review:
- "I will cure / this cures ..."
- "Stop taking your medication"
- "100% effective" / "guaranteed results" / stated success percentages presented as promises
- Specific prescription drug names with specific dosages presented as instructions
- Statements telling the user not to see a doctor
Every reference to a treatment, medication, or approach should be accompanied by a recommendation to consult a licensed healthcare provider.
7. Rules for Promoters and KOLs
As a Promoter or KOL, you must not:
- Make false or misleading statements about Rebirthealth, its services, fees, or results;
- Fail to disclose your promotional relationship where disclosure is required by law (you must clearly disclose paid or commissioned promotion, for example with "#ad" or an equivalent clear disclosure, in line with applicable advertising rules such as the US FTC Endorsement Guides and equivalent rules elsewhere);
- Promote the Platform to minors;
- Promise specific health outcomes or earnings;
- Create accounts, pages, or content that impersonate Rebirthealth or appear to be official Rebirthealth channels without authorization;
- Use the Platform's data or content for purposes not permitted by the KOL/Promoter Agreement;
- Engage in spam, misleading advertising, or any unlawful marketing practice.
8. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or conduct that violates this AUP, report it to support@rebirthealth.com. For intellectual property complaints, see the DMCA Policy.
9. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and consistent with applicable law:
- Remove or restrict content;
- Issue warnings;
- Suspend or terminate accounts;
- Take action against repeat violators;
- Report unlawful activity to competent authorities.
We may act with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation and legal requirements.
10. Changes
We may update this AUP. We will revise the Effective Date and provide notice of material changes.
