Before you start
How long does it take?
Single Read: 24–48 hours. Multi-Consult: 3–5 days. Full Consultation and Full Consultation+: 5–7 days.
Who are the advisors?
They come from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Conventional Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Mind-Body practices. All credentials are verified before they can accept cases.
Is my information safe?
Your case is shown to advisors anonymously, without your name or contact details. Records are stored encrypted and never sold or shared with third parties.
What if the plan isn't useful?
If a plan isn't delivered on time, you get a full refund. If the delivery doesn't match what the advisor proposed, we reassign your case to another advisor at no extra cost; if the second delivery still falls short, you get a full refund.
